Financier representation. The Financier represents that it is a PMP within the meaning of this agreement as at the date of execution of this agreement. Each Borrower acknowledges that in making this representation the Financier relies on, and has not independently investigated, the definition of PMP set out in the Common Terms Deed Poll. This clause applies despite the provisions of the Common Terms Deed Poll.
