Financing Arrangement, Payment of Taxes, etc. a) The Concessionaire shall at its cost, expenses and risk make such financing arrangement as would be necessary to develop and implement the Project and to meet all of its obligations under the Agreement, within a period of 180 days from the Appointed Date.
