Financing Facility    Reinstated. Pension, Employment and Related Claims The Debtors intend that existing employee benefit, insurance, retirement plans and other programs of existing employees will be unaffected by the Restructuring and assumed by (or transferred to) the Reorganized Debtors on the Effective Date, all of which shall be subject to the review and consent of the Required Consenting Noteholders.
