Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $46,657 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. PURCHASER may request partial credit for project work when PURCHASER has completed and STATE has accepted project work, in accordance with the following credit schedule: Partial credit amount of $24,999 (Project No. 1 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 545 (Project No. 2 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 2,721 (Project No. 3 completion) Partial credit amount of $ 1,753 (Project No. 4 completion) Partial credit amount of $16,639 (Project No. 5 completion)
Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:
BUILDER’S RISK FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS If the project is NEW CONSTRUCTION, then the following provisions apply:
SUB-CONTRACTORS TO BE UTILIZED FOR PROJECT PSP shall perform the services under this Assignment with its own forces unless otherwise specified. If the scope of services is less than $100,000.00, a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required. If the scope of services will exceed $100,000.00, PSP shall submit an HSP for approval pursuant to Section 11.2 of the Agreement.
Loop Provisioning Involving IDLC 2.16.1 Where TWTC has requested an Unbundled Loop and AT&T uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the customer and AT&T has a suitable alternate facility available, AT&T will make such alternative facilities available to TWTC. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, AT&T will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for TWTC (e.g., hairpinning):
Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders. 000 APPLICATION FOR PROJECT AGREEMENT 1.100 Any Company desiring to enter into a Project Agreement for Maintenance by Contract, must appear before the General Presidents' Committee (hereinafter the "Committee") for purposes of review and orientation and present to the Committee written evidence of the Owner's intent to engage that Company in the performance of maintenance service for a minimum period of one full year, subject to the usual termination clauses in such contracts.
Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
