Financing Not a Condition. Parent understands and acknowledges that its obligations under this Agreement are not in any way contingent upon or otherwise subject to or conditional upon Parent’s consummation of any financing arrangements, Parent’s obtaining of any financing or the availability, grant, provision or extension of any financing to Parent, including the Equity Financing.
Financing Not a Condition. Xxxxx acknowledges and agrees that obtaining any debt financing is not a condition to its obligations under this Agreement. If any debt financing has not been obtained, Buyer shall continue to be obligated, until such time as the Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms and subject to the waiver or fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, to complete the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

The Investor understands and acknowledges that its obligations under this Agreement are not in any way contingent upon or otherwise subject to or conditional upon the Investor’s consummation of any financing arrangements, the Investor’s obtaining of any financing or the availability, grant, provision or extension of any financing to the Investor.
Financing Not a Condition. The law does not require a person to enter into a premium finance agreement as a condition of the purchase of insurance.
