Common use of Financing of Project Improvements Clause in Contracts

Financing of Project Improvements. The financing of improvements relating to the Project, including all infrastructure and utilities shall be as provided in the DDA and the Financing Plan attached hereto as Exhibit D, including, without limitation, requirements for providing adequate security for Infrastructure and Stormwater Management Controls pursuant to Article 8 of the Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Subdivision Code.
