Common use of Financing Statement Filing Clause in Contracts

Financing Statement Filing. The Borrower authorizes the Administration to file financing statements, and any amendments to existing financing statements, covering the Collateral and all personal property of the Borrower and containing any legends which the Administration deems necessary or desirable to protect the Administration’s interest in the Collateral. The Borrower agrees to pay all taxes, fees, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) paid or incurred by the Administration in connection with the preparation, filing or recordation of financing statements.
