Common use of Financing Statements and Other Actions Clause in Contracts

Financing Statements and Other Actions. Execute and deliver to the Agent all stock powers, financing statements and other documents and do such other things from time to time requested by the Agent or the Revolving Lenders in order to maintain a first perfected security interest in the Collateral in favor of the Agent for the Revolving Lenders and to effect a transfer of the Collateral, or any part thereof.
