FINCEN Beneficial Ownership Certification. On the Third Amendment Effective Date, the Borrower delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Banks a Beneficial Ownership Certification and all documentation and other information requested by the Administrative Agent or such Bank and required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the USA PATRIOT Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56) and the FinCEN beneficial ownership regulations under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.
