Common use of Finder or Broker Clause in Contracts

The Company has not retained or dealt with any broker or finder with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and the Company knows of no outstanding claims for services in the nature of a finder's fee or origination fee with respect to the sale of the Securities.
