Common use of Finders and Investment Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders and Investment Brokers. Except for Broker, Purchaser has not dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of Purchaser in connection with the transaction described by this Agreement in any manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement.

Finders and Investment Brokers. Except for Broker, The Purchaser has not dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of the Purchaser in connection with the transaction transactions described by this Agreement in any manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transaction transactions described in this Agreement.
