Common use of Finders and Investment Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders and Investment Brokers. Except for Broker, Seller has not dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of Seller in connection with the transaction described by this Agreement in a manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement.

Finders and Investment Brokers. Except for Broker, Seller has not dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of Seller in connection with the transaction described transactions contemplated by this Agreement in a manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Except for Broker, Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle with whom Seller has not a separate written agreement, no Seller has dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of Seller in connection with the transaction described by this Agreement in a manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement.
