Other than Xxxxxxxxx LLC who is being paid by Sellers pursuant to a separate written agreement between Xxxxxxxxx LLC and Sellers, Buyer has not dealt with any Person who has acted, directly or indirectly, as a broker, finder, financial adviser or in such other capacity for or on behalf of it in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in a manner which would entitle such Person to any fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
