Common use of Finder’s and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Finder’s and Other Fees. Except with respect to the Underwriters pursuant to this Agreement, the Manager has not incurred any liability for any finder’s fees or similar payments in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, nor has the Manager paid or agreed to pay any person any compensation for soliciting another person to purchase any securities of the Company (except as contemplated hereby).
