Common use of Finders; Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders; Brokers. None of the Seller Parties has employed any finder or broker in connection with the Purchase who would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Purchaser in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Finders; Brokers. None Except for Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co., none of the Seller Parties Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates has employed any finder or broker in connection with the Purchase transactions contemplated by this Agreement who would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Seller or Purchaser in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None of the Seller Parties Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates has employed any finder or broker in connection with the Purchase who would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Purchaser Seller in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None Neither of the Seller Parties Purchaser nor any of its Subsidiaries has employed any finder or broker in connection with the Purchase who this Agreement that would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None of the Seller Parties Buyer or any of its Affiliates has employed any finder finder, broker or broker investment banker in connection with the Purchase transactions contemplated by this Agreement who would have a valid claim for a fee fee, commission or commission expenses from Purchaser Seller in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None of the Seller Parties Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates has employed any finder or broker in connection with the Purchase this Agreement who would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Purchaser any Seller Party or any of their respective Affiliates in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

None of the Seller Parties nor any of its Affiliates has employed engaged any finder finder, broker, agent or broker in connection with the Purchase other intermediary who would have a valid claim for a fee or commission from Purchaser or any of its Affiliates, the Company or the Company Subsidiary in connection with the negotiation, execution or delivery of transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any of and the other Transaction Documents or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated hereby or therebyDocuments.
