Common use of Finders; Brokers Clause in Contracts

There are, and after Closing there will be, no claims (or any basis for any claims) upon Buyer for brokerage commissions, finder’s fees or like payments in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby resulting from any action taken by Seller or by any other Person on Seller’s behalf.
