Common use of Finders; Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders; Brokers. Except as set forth on Section 4.15 of the Sellers Disclosure Letter, no agent, broker, Person or firm acting on behalf of the Purchased Companies, Sellers or any of their respective Affiliates is, or shall be, entitled to any broker’s fees, finder’s fees or commissions from Purchaser in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Finders; Brokers. Except as set forth on Section 4.15 of the Sellers Disclosure Letter, no No agent, broker, Person or firm acting on behalf of the Purchased Companies, Sellers Seller or any of their respective its Affiliates is, or shall be, entitled to any broker’s fees, finder’s fees or commissions from Purchaser or any of the Conveyed Entities in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
