There are no broker commissions, finders fees or other payments of like nature payable to any Person in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder, and in no event will Buyer or the Company have any Liability for any fee or commission including, but not limited to, any finders, originators or brokers fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
