Common use of Finder’s or Broker’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Finder’s or Broker’s Fees. Each of the Buyer, the Sellers and the Shareholders represent and warrant that neither they nor any of their respective affiliates have dealt with any broker or finder in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no broker or other person is entitled to any commission or finder's fee in connection with any of these transactions.
