Common use of Finder’s or Broker’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Finder’s or Broker’s Fees. Each of the Buyer, the Sellers and the Stockholder represents and warrants that neither they nor any of their respective affiliates have dealt with any broker or finder in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no broker or other person is entitled to any commission or finder's fee in connection with any of these transactions, except that the Buyer agrees to be solely responsible for any compensation payable to Greyhouse Services Corporation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
