Common use of Finders or Brokers Clause in Contracts

Finders or Brokers. Seller has not agreed to pay any fee or commission to any agent, broker, finder, or other person retained by it, for or on account of services rendered as a broker or finder in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby which would give rise to any valid claim against Purchaser for the payment of any such fee or commission.
