Common use of Finders Clause in Contracts

Finders. No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no other broker or finder is entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or other commission in respect thereof based in any way on agreements, understandings or arrangements with the Buyer.

No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer Shareholders or the Companies in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no other broker or finder is entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or other commission in respect thereof based in any way on agreements, understandings or arrangements with the BuyerShareholders or the Companies.

No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer Seller or IHS in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Agreement and no other broker or finder is entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or other commission in respect thereof based in any way on agreements, understandings or arrangements with the BuyerSeller or IHS.

Finders. No broker or finder has acted for any Shareholder or the Buyer Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement other than Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Company, Inc. (the "BROKER"), and other than the Broker, no other broker or finder is entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or other commission in respect thereof based in any way on agreements, understandings or arrangements with any Shareholder or the BuyerCompany.
