Common use of Finders Clause in Contracts

Finders. The Company has not retained any finder, broker, agent, financial advisor or other intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser, its officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and agents (as applicable) from liability for any compensation to any such intermediary retained by the Company and the fees and expenses of defending against such liability or alleged liability.
