Common use of Finders Clause in Contracts

Finders. There is no investment banker, broker, finder, consultant or similar intermediary that has been retained by, or is authorized to act on behalf of the Company who is entitled to any fee or commission upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
