Common use of Findings Confidential Clause in Contracts

Findings Confidential. All of the reports, information, data, etc., given to or prepared or assembled by the CONTRACTOR under this Contract are confidential, and the CONTRACTOR agrees that they shall not be made available to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the CITY.
