Common use of Findings of Inconsistency Clause in Contracts

Findings of Inconsistency. If the Review Panel finds that the decision to which objection has been presented is inconsistent with this Convention, or with relevant international law as reflected in the 1982 Convention or the 1995 Agreement, an Extraordinary Meeting of the Commission shall be convened by the Chairperson within 45 days of the notification of the Review Panel’s findings and recommendations to reconsider the decision in the light of those findings and recommendations.
