Fines and infringements. (a) You and any Additional Driver must pay (i) fines or charges imposed for parking; (ii) infringements and fines imposed for speeding and other driving offences; and (iii) fines or charges imposed for release of the Vehicle if it has been seized by a regulatory authority. (b) An administrative fee applies if We are required to nominate You as the responsible driver if any fine or infringement is unpaid.
