Common use of Fingerprint Clearance Cards Clause in Contracts

Fingerprint Clearance Cards. In accordance with A.R.S. § 15-512(H), a contractor, subcontractor or vendor or any employee of a contractor, subcontractor or vendor who is contracted to provide services on a regular basis at an individual school may be required to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card pursuant to Title 41, Chapter 12, Article 3.1. An exception to this requirement may be made as authorized in Governing Board policy. Contractor, subcontractors, vendors and their employees shall not provide services on school district properties until authorized by the District. Additionally, contractor shall comply with the governing body fingerprinting policies of each individual School District.
