No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Contributor, Holdings or any Participating Entity, on the one hand, and the directors, managers, officers, or to the Contributor’s Knowledge, equity interest holders of the Contributor, Holding or any Participating Entity, on the other hand, which is required by the rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (the “FINRA”) to be described in the Registration Statement, which is not so described.
