Common use of FINRA Disclosures Clause in Contracts

FINRA Disclosures. Except for Roseview’s affiliate, Roseview Securities, LLC, which is a registered broker-dealer, no relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Contributor, the other Contributors to this Agreement and SCP III on the one hand, and the directors, managers, officers, or to the Contributor’s Knowledge, equity interest holders of the Contributor, the other Contributors to this Agreement or SCP III, on the other hand, which is required by the rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (the “FINRA”) to be described in the Registration Statement, which is not so described.
