Common use of Fire and Other Perils Clause in Contracts

Fire and Other Perils. You will cause the Property to be insured by an insurer and under a policy or policies satisfactory to us to an amount of not less than the full insurable value of the buildings and improvements on the Property. The insurance must be against the perils and extended perils usually covered in fire insurance policies, including but not limited to loss or damage by explosion, tempest, tornado, cyclone, earthquake and lightning.
