FIRE LIABILITY REQUIREMENTS. A. The PURCHASER will exercise all possible precautions to prevent wildfire and shall assist in the suppression of any fire that is on or threatening the property of the sale area. During the fire season the PURCHASER will have the following firefighting tools located on the sale site: 1. A combination of shovels, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sufficient to equip each person on the treatment crew 2. A minimum of one back-pack pump per every 5 people on the treatment crew 3. A minimum of two 5-pound fire extinguishers available at fueling locations B. PURCHASER will equip all motorized equipment with an operational spark arrester and charged fire extinguisher. C. Fire Suppression and Liability Description imposed by the CSFS onto the PURCHASER:
