Fire or Other Casualty or Condemnation. In the event of any damage or destruction to the Leased Property by reason of fire or other hazard or casualty (a "Casualty") or a taking by power of eminent domain or conveyance in lieu thereof of all or any portion of the Leased Property (a "Condemnation"), the Lessee shall give immediate written notice thereof to the Lessor and comply with the provisions of the Facility Lease governing Casualties and Condemnations.
