Fire Protection System. Fire Protection System requirements vary by governmental requirements per location and by insurance carrier requirements. Owner is responsible to provide the required fire protection system for the Plant. This may include storage tanks, pumps, underground fire water mains, fire hydrants, foam or water monitor valves, sprinkler systems, smoke and heat detection, deluge systems, or other provisions as required by governmental codes or Owner’s insurance carrier’s fire protection criteria. Owner shall pay for a Fire Protection System to be designed and constructed by Design-Builder and to be integrated into the Plant. The Fire Protection System shall be designed and constructed to meet the governmental and insurance requirements. Owner is to execute side-letter agreements as necessary for the design and construction of such Fire Protection System. Design-Builder shall recover costs for the design and construction of such system from Owner at Design-Builder’s standard time plus material rates during the relevant time period and at the relevant locale. A side-letter agreement between Owner and Design-Builder shall be executed by Owner and Design-Builder to compensate Design-Builder, at Design-Builder’s standard time plus materials rates during the relevant time period and at the relevant locale, for any costs and expenses related to such Fire Protection System. Fire Protection System. CMRL has obtained approval of from Tamilnadu Fire Services for existing integrated fire protection system for whole infrastructure of Station including area of licensed Kiosks Spaces. Any augmentation to existing fire protection system, if required due to renovation of licensed Kiosks Spaces shall be done by the licensee at his own risk & cost as per relevant BIS Code of Practice and norms of CMRL & Tamilnadu Fire Services.
Fire Protection System. 1. Sprinkler piping shall be terminated at the rising mains. Upright and pendant sprinklers shall be provided in the Demised Premises.

Fire Protection System. A fire riser is constructed to meet applicable national and local Building code requirements. The fire protection water supply enters the Building underground at the fire control room on the main floor near the exterior of the Building. Wet standpipes rise vertically through the stairwells. Branch lines complete with sprinkler heads are installed in the building core. A main branch line (defined as 2- 1⁄2” in diameter or larger) is extended from the core into the tenant lease areas on each floor in two directions as part of the Base Building Improvements.

All relevant fire protection components (i.e., branch piping, sprinkler heads, fittings, drains, pumps, tanks, sensors, control panels) with necessary intelligence to produce accurate plans, elevations, building/wall sections, riser diagrams, and schedules. All fire protection piping shall be modeled.
