Fire Protection System Development Impact Fee. The intent of the parties is that the Project shall be subject to the most current Fire Protection System Development Impact Fee. Accordingly, the Project is subject to a Fire Protection System Development Impact fee in an amount calculated to be the equivalent of the North Costa Mesa Fire Fee study; provided, however, that if a new citywide Fire Protection System Development Impact Fee study is adopted after issuance of first building permit, the Project shall then be subject to this new fee.
