Fire Resistance Sample Clauses

The Fire Resistance clause sets requirements for the ability of materials, structures, or components to withstand fire for a specified period. Typically, it outlines the minimum fire-resistance ratings that must be met, such as specifying that walls, doors, or floors must resist fire for a certain number of hours, and may reference relevant building codes or testing standards. This clause ensures that buildings or products provide adequate protection against fire hazards, thereby enhancing occupant safety and helping to prevent structural collapse during a fire event.
