Fire Station Location. The Master Land Use Plan currently depicts a public facility land use category for the proposed Fire Station Site within the Community. If the Fire Station is constructed at an alternative location approved by the City within the Community or the Fire Station is constructed outside the Community, then Parcel 2.34 shall revert to the adjacent Residential “Low” Master Land Use Plan category or the land use category designated for Parcel 2.11 at the time of the reversion that is compatible and harmonious to the area.
