Common use of Firearm – Weapon Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Firearm – Weapon Prohibition. The possession of firearms, or other dangerous weapons, are prohibited at all times while on government property and during performance of services, under this Agreement/Contract. The term dangerous weapon does not include a pocket knife with a blade less than 2 ½ inches in length or multipurpose tools such as a Leatherman.
