FIRM FIXED PRICE LINE ITEMS. The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, supplies, and management required to provide base contract CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0008, 0011, and 0012 on a FFP per unit basis. The Government may place unilateral delivery orders at the stated FFP identified on Attachment 04 Pricing List during the ordering period stated in Section F although performance may extend beyond the contract ordering period. The Contractor is required to review the delivery schedule prior to the Government issuing a unilateral order to ensure the delivery schedule allows for adequate lead time and utilizes the correct year fixed priced.
