Common use of Firm Name Clause in Contracts

Firm Name. The Issuer shall have the right to use the firm name, “BCC Middle Market CLO 2018-1, LLC,” provided that the Portfolio Manager and its Affiliates may use all or any portion of such name as part of their names or otherwise so long as such use does not cause confusion with or detriment to the Issuer. Upon satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture, the entire right, title and interest to the firm name, and the goodwill attached thereto, shall be assigned without compensation to the Portfolio Manager or to its designee.

Upon satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture, the entire right, title and interest to the firm name, and the goodwill attached thereto, shall be assigned without compensation to the Portfolio Manager or to its designee.
