Common use of Firm Order Confirmation (FOC) Clause in Contracts

Firm Order Confirmation (FOC). An FOC confirming the due date will be sent within 2 business days (16 business hours) after receipt of a valid ASR subject to facility availability. Subject to availability of facilities service will be implemented (trunks in service) within 20 business days of receipt of a valid ASR.
