Common use of First Aid/Medical Treatment Clause in Contracts

First Aid/Medical Treatment. If an employee is injured while at work performing assigned duties and such injury/illness requires immediate medical treatment, the employee will not be required to use accrued sick leave while obtaining medical treatment, so long as the employee is able to return to work and complete their assigned shift once medical treatment is completed.
