Common use of FIRST BONUS GUARANTEED Clause in Contracts

FIRST BONUS GUARANTEED. The Company will pay to Executive a minimum guaranteed bonus in the amount of one hundred eighty-eight thousand ($188,000) dollars, to be paid in 2001.

FIRST BONUS GUARANTEED. The Company will pay to Executive a minimum guaranteed bonus in the amount of one two hundred eighty-eight thousand ($188,000200,000) dollars, to be paid within 30 days following the Compensation Committee's first meeting following the year end accounting close in 2001.
