Common use of First Borrowing by Each Eligible Subsidiary Clause in Contracts

First Borrowing by Each Eligible Subsidiary. (a) The obligation of each Lender to make a Loan, and the obligation of an Issuing Lender to issue a Letter of Credit, on the occasion of the first Borrowing by or issuance of a Letter of Credit for the account of each Eligible Subsidiary is subject to the receipt by the Administrative Agent of the following documents:

(a) The obligation of each Lender to make a Loan, and the obligation of an Issuing Lender to issue a Letter of Credit, on the occasion of the first Borrowing by or issuance of a Letter of Credit for the account of each Eligible Subsidiary is subject to the receipt by the Administrative Agent satisfaction of the following documentsfurther conditions:
