First Data Liabilities. First Data shall continue to be responsible after the Distribution Date for employer liabilities under the First Data Corporation Health and Welfare Benefit Plan and any Non-U.S Welfare Benefit Plan incurred with respect to Business Employees and their eligible dependents only with respect to the following (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement):
