First Day Orders and Payments. All First Day Orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court and all related pleadings shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Instructing Group and the Last Out Requisite Lenders and all adequate protection payments and critical vendor payments shall be in accordance with the Initial DIP Forecast.
