First Dispute Meeting. The employee and/or the Union and representatives of the University, will meet within five working days of the dispute notification to try to resolve the dispute, unless the parties agree in writing to a different timeframe. Where the dispute relates to a single employee, both the employee and the employee’s supervisor will normally attend the dispute meeting.
