Common use of First Extension Election Clause in Contracts

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option to elect (the “Series 2022-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 2022-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in July 2022 to elect (the “Series 20222017-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222017-1 Class A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 July 2023 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to July 2023 shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222017-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option to elect (the “Series 2022-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 March 2026 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 March 2025 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 2022-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option to elect (the “Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222015-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 June, 2021 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 June, 2020 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in October 2024 to elect (the “Series 20222019-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222019-1 Class A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 October 2025 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to October 2025 shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222019-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Payment Date occurring in May 2021 to elect (the “Series 20222016-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222016-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 May 2022 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to May 2022 shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222016-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Notes Renewal Date.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii) of this Series 2021-1 Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in April 2026 to elect (the “Series 20222021-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222021-1 Class A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 April 2027 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February April 2027 to shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222021-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option to elect (the “Series 20222017-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222017-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 November 2023 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 November 2022 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222017-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in October 2020 to elect (the “Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222015-1 Class A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 October 2021 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to October 2021 shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement3.6(b)(iii), the Manager (on behalf of the Issuer) shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in May 2021 to elect (the “Series 20222016-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222016-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 May 2022 by delivering written notice to the Series 2016-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222016-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied. Upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in May 2022 shall become the Series 2016-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option on or before the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in January 2017 to elect (the “Series 20222012-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222012-1 Class A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 January 2018 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than Party; provided that upon such extension, the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 to January 2018 shall become the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222012-1 First Extension Election have been satisfiedClass A-1 Senior Notes Renewal Date.

First Extension Election. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3.06(b)(iii3.6(b)(iii) of this Series Supplement, the Manager shall have the option to elect (the “Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election”) to extend the Series 20222015-1 Class A-1 Notes Renewal Date to the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2028 February, 2021 by delivering written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Trustee and the Control Party no later than the Quarterly Payment Date occurring in February 2027 February, 2020 to the effect that the conditions precedent to such Series 20222015-1 First Extension Election have been satisfied.
