First Lien Loan Documents. (i) The Administrative Agent shall have received executed copies of the First Lien Loan Documents, which shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall be subject to the Intercreditor Agreement. (ii) The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that, substantially simultaneously with the initial Credit Extension hereunder, the First Lien Credit Agreement shall have been executed and delivered.
