First Outside Delivery Date. If Landlord has not caused the Delivery Date to occur by December 15, 2019 (the “First Outside Delivery Date”), then Tenant shall be entitled to a day-for-day abatement of Base Rent attributable to the Suite of the Premises which Landlord has failed to so deliver for each day following the First Outside Delivery Date until the Delivery Date for such Suite; and
